"within months" Not just "months".

That period of time could be 1 day or 33 and a 1/2 days or 60 days.

WITHIN MONTHS. Do the math. Just like the typical "within three days" notice in business matters means within 72 hours. That could be the next hour or at the 72nd. All depends on who is handling the affair.
