Current OS is 27.7 BILLION and current AS is 28 billion.

The 25 million must be a typo. Even when this scam started as MLON in 2004 it started with 100 million shares - forward split to 100 BILLION then back to down 25 BILLION AS and then in the last 2 years up to 28 BILLION and now to 29 BILLION.
