TAMPA, FL. AUG 5TH, 2013(EVSV)- Enviro-Serv, Inc. is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has authorized and designated multi-series Preferred class stock shares for issuance in Executive management stake holdings, mergers and acquisitions and/or capital funding.
Chris Trina, Chairman and C. E.O stated this about the newly issued preferred shares,On May 6th, 2013 our Board of Directors authorized and amended our articles of incorporation with the state of Delaware to reflect the designation of 100,000,000 shares of multi class preferred stock for future use. Thus far the company has issued the following preferred class shares;
Series A class preferred stock: Convertible into 100 shares of class A common stock shares with voting rights of 200 shares of class A common stock to Chris Trina 5,829,957 series A shares and Sandy Shultz 602,825 series A shares.
Series B class preferred stock: Convertible into 100 shares of class A common shares with voting rights of 100 shares of class A common stock to Richard Tellone 112,716 series B shares and Bruce Luciano 60,694 series B shares.
