From whom?
How can you possibly expect anyone to believe an anonymous cold caller could "hear" that kind of detailed info about a deal of this importance to VHGI outside of the official channels? Banks don't even disclose that kind of info when doing a common house refi. But you have it about a $65 MILLION deal from overseas!
