Benchman, I heard that these adjustments to the
safeguard/security terms for VHGI are not difficult for
the Financiers to adjust and accept for inclusion in the Agreement.

As I mentioned, this $65 Million funding to VHGI is at a low level in relation to their other Business Investments so it should not be
a difficult one to finalize.
