Hey see my post from yesterday and rjbluesky's recent posts.

As I and he have often asked for, but never received, all we want is independent proof that BGL has in deed registered the mining properties in its own name? Proof that is, from those who insist that BGL has registered them and does indeed own them? Hmmm seems hard to get any who belive that BGL has the properties registered in its own name to post proof positive, that they really registered in favour of BGL.

I used Google Translate to post a translation of a Mexican Court document which shows that when BGL tried to register the claims in their own name, the court flat refused to allow them to do so - citing multiple reasons.

This is why BGL have not done anything in relation to their failed court case in nearly two years! They lost in August 2011, but just won't admit it. Saying we are still pursuing a legal action on the BGL website is frankly a farce!

Also see my post which explains what the exclusion clause on all of BGL's press releases actually means to potential investors.

So, when MSJ decided that there was no way BGL could win any case in relation to the mining properties, SRGE (which was set up just to protect these assets from any judgement in favour of BGL in the Mexican Courts) then transferred them back to MSJ.

The whole point is this, the plan all along has been for SRGE and now MSJ to sell these mining properties. Look at the press releases from late last year which cannot be any clearer. They will tell you what SRGE was planning on doing loud and clear. So, MSJ/SRGE (who already had more than one party interested in the two properties, has no doubt gone back into negotiation with one of those other companies.

The original plan late last year was to pay a special dividend to shareholders using the proceeds of the sale of a minimum of 20 cents.

That's what I'm waiting for and also my fellow longs.

SRGE long and strong.

Please note, the above post is neither a recommendation to buy or sell the stock. Everyone thinking of investing in a company should always conduct their own due diligence, to satisfy themselves, according to their own investment criteria that each compan
