To say that nothing will be mentioned about being out of debt, which is forward looking guidance, I think, is not credible. At the very least, it will be confirmed in the Q & A session. If not, then Chung isn't very clever, now, is he?

What is known to be a fact, even though it occurred in 3Q rather than 2Q is immaterial. It is a known fact and can be discussed and confirmed accordingly. To say that the Company has not cleaned up its balance sheet would be an outright lie.

Just my opinion.

The key to the CC is for them to state that they are NOT in need of any further dilution or a reverse split at this time. This would take balls, but, who knows, maybe chung has grown a pair.
