I just checked out cdf*. and their pps has dropped from 2.50 to 1.40. And not one of their preferred share holders has been allowed to sell yet. That is a scary outcome so far. Will be interesting to see what happens after they reconstitue their share float. And will they still be able to get on the exchange if their pps is as low as it is? Don't they need the 2.50 and the float to get in there?
