so what you're saying is hanover has a reputation for running a stock higher once they have converted? hmmm... that's a lot like what asher did (JMHO) with WGAS in early february, after they bear-raided the stock (IMO) and converted over 19M shares at .0039 (see the filings), the stock hit .039 a few days later.

fwiw, hanover has converted a big pile of WGAS stock just recently. maybe it's time for another run.
