If I was correct in my read, then HJMJ did not show his "tell" about how he was ruling on the base. If he would have put "a percentage to be determined on 20.9% of GOOG's base US revenue", then I think we'd all assume that that issue was behind us and he would use the 20.9% base in his RR calculation. Does that fact that he did NOT say this mean anything (other than he said zip)?

I can now speculate (hopefully totally incorrectly) that he will wait on making his RR decision until he sees VRNG's calculation and GOOG's response, and then make his decision on both RR and base rate on these damages AND the ongoing infringement at the same time..........in 3-4 weeks.........

s***, I hate this uncertainty! lol. I'll hold for a few days (IBH's next Weds is as good a guess as any) to see if he rules, but otherwise might cut back on my position. Unless you can show me where my logic on this is wrong.
