No problem, friend. I think it's quite clear that VRNG has the momentum now - both in terms of the litigation vs. GOOG on all fronts (Fed Circuit, E. Dist. of VA) and in the marketplace with a hot stock.

As I posted earlier, all signs point toward HJJ banging down the gavel in VRNG's favor on the big issue and all signs point toward the stock continuing its climb.

Whenever stocks pick up this much momentum and become "hot" in terms of the market, the circus arrives and brings its many clowns with it. Everyone who owns this stock owes it to himself/herself to understand both the fundamentals at play, as well as the market's perception of those fundamentals. Because the trade is all about the perception of the market.

And because VRNG trades on the Nasdaq, is now in the Russell 2000, and has such an enormous following -- the perception here will be more sophisticated than with the types of pink sheets and OTCBB stocks most iHub members usually post about.

VRNG has a history of getting ahead of itself. Will this time be different? We all think it's going to run...based on current info yes. And much more so should VRNG get the ruling it seeks from HJJ in a timely matter. I just believe it makes sense to be realistic about how far and how soon VRNG will move -- regardless if one is a short-term trader or a long-term holder of the stock.
