Optimistic Trader, I appreciate your thoughts. I have looked into some of the matters surrounding Strike Force.

First and foremost I would like to reiterate, I believe they have the products, and I also believe that Mark is sincere in his efforts.

That being said, I have checked into their patents and find there 599 patent to be something of essence. I am encouraged that it has been affirmed via reexamination certificate issued after a successful Ex Parte Reexamination.

I am curious as to who filed the Reexamination, as it can be filed for a fee by anyone anonymously. Perhaps Blank Rome had something to do with it. Maybe they wanted to get reassurance before committing. Nevertheless, the outcome is great for all of us.

Blank Rome seems to have a decent track record. They're definitely a firm I would not want to be opposing, if I were an attorney. However, they seem to specialize in agreements and lobbying, more than litigation. Admitedly, we can probably use both.

I like you am, in for the long haul and do not think it wise to bail out now. I only wish I knew what Morgan Chu of Irell&Manella thinks about this case. Hopefully, MS has not hired him.

I think as it stands there is a 60/40 chance we might make it. If he were handling the case I'd say 90% chance. If we break through this, the sky is the limit!
