This new attorney represents United Western Trust AND United Western Admin Services. Again, not trying to stir anything up here that is a non-issue, but the 'coincidence' is pretty incredible. Who are these 'entities' and why are they preparing for possible litigation/settlement???

Check out these lines from the Allen Vellone (attorney) Fee Agreement...

"Our representation shall include all necessary and appropriate conferences with the bankruptcy trustee, conferences with other parties or other attorneys for other parties...However, while we shall act as counsel to the Estates and furnish the Estates with our recommendations in all areas relating to the subject action, the Trustee shall retain final authority to decide whether to proceed with litigation or to reach a settlement."

"If the claim or suit is settled in exchange for payments to be made in the future, then the Firm shall have the option to be paid its contingent fee, as set forth above, as either: (i) the contingency percentage on the entire settlement amount reduced to present value and paid in full on the date of the first settlement payment; or (ii) the contingent fee paid as a percentage of each settlement payment until paid in full. All settlement amounts will be paid to the Trustee and payments to the Firm will be made by the Trustee, after Court approval."
