The Company’s operations are conducted primarily through United Western Bank (“United Western Bank” or the “Bank”), UW Trust Company, formerly Sterling Trust Company (“UW Trust”), Matrix Financial Services Corporation (“Matrix Financial”), UWBK Fund Management, Inc., (“Fund Management”), and UW Investment Services Inc. (“UWIS”), all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company.
