Let's remember that MDMN "falsely claimed" Amarant had an ownership in it as well.

I think it's going to be pretty hard for JJ to claim he didn't realize Amarant said they owned an 85% interest in it while it was on their website for a year and JJ kept putting out "Amarant is fully compliant" PRs.

Just sayin'

And if you think the Amarant investors and creditors are going to just walk away from an asset that they might have a claim on, I'd rethink that.
