I don't think the investors and creditors care one bit about a property that Amarant falsely claimed to have ownership in, but never paid dime one for and don't have any claims whatsoever to the title in Chile. However, I do think the investors and creditors will litigate the pants off of Amarant and Johan Ulander to find out just where their $75 million in MSEK from the 2012 Swedish bond offering went to. None of it went to ADL, that's for certain. We know that $6 million was lost in 6 months in a failed attempt to take control of IGE Resources.
