United Western Admin Services BK Case? Am I late to the party here...doesn't seem like anybody cares, haha.

Why I care: This is related to UWBKQ and they are employing an attorney for litigation purposes on contingency basis. Sound familiar? The agreement is peppered with language surrounding their payment terms in relation to "litigation" and "settlement".

Also interesting: UWBKQ appeal was dropped (motion presented) on 6/20/13. This lawfirm "first provided services to the Trustee in connection with this case" on 6/19/13.
