There is a big difference between temporary workers and part time workers. This job report deals wit part time employees hired. This has nothing to do with temps!!! Almost all businesses of any size have part timers as there are a number of jobs they don't require someone full time but they are hired to work all year. They re hired through the H.R. Departments just like the full timers. Why would a company that knows they will need this person to work every week go through a temp agency and pay the added expense.
