Nothing in PYCT has changed since I said this from day one, many years ago. A legit company or one giving it a shot do not start a new direction with billions of shares. You clean up the shell as all these companies need shares to operate, as loans are impossible to get. They only can get toxic loans for unrestricted shares. They need shares to raise this cash. Business 101! Penny stocks 101! PYCT did not do this. Those 25 billion to 29 billion shares have killed this and if they remain, this company has zero chance! I called it from day one! LOL
