I think the next window of opportunity for the possibility of a settlement, even if highly unlikely, is not until the Court enters his RR ruling. I think GOOG still holds on to the belief HJJ may burn VRNG in that ruling. Once that's entered, they may actually may a cursory stab at settling. Never know.
