Tucker, don't be silly, no court in the U.S. would agree to hear the case, let it drag on for ten years and then deny both parties the right to a verdict! No, IDC settled because it was apparent their position was not nearly as strong as they had been posturing all those years. Why else would they have settled for a penny on the dollar?

And why do people keep claiming IDCC is a very conservative company when the evidence shows that they regularly fail to deliver on the glowing scenarios they present? They have yet to shift that transmission out of first gear even though they started the engine three years ago, I think we might have run out of gas, LOL!
