This is NOT insider selling. This is newly authorized shares hitting the open market. Either directly from Strikeforce thru their MM or from payments made in shares to vendors/business partners.

PS: Insiders are the largest holders of shares so this dilution hits them pretty hard too. Although, they have other ways to make up for it so don't feel bad for them.
