It would take months for AGDY to uplist to the OTCQB or higher especially since the new company has not yet been named and the directors have not yet been installed. If your investment parameter is that the company be listed on the OTCQB with audited financials then really you should consider coming back in a few months time. Discussing what isn't reality is non beneficial.
