Another amusing post GS, suing LJC is hardly a fly in the ointment of future funding. Management and investors have been aware of the manipulation for some time. Anyone with an eye on level 2, or access to a Bloomberg knows the extent of shorting, boxing etc these MMs have gone to, and knows that LJC got their hands caught in the cookie jar. Kudos to Glenn and management for engaging against their actions. Would have been nice months ago. I sometimes forget how well run things were in the day your buddy was typing out news releases.. How is Mr Bleckman? All in my opinion
