If you reduce award by says 100m to get Nokia to sign 3G. Other like samsung that have same rate as Nokia would ask for that benefit of $100m too. If Idcc would not give in, They will take that argument to ICC again. Bad idea. We could give something back to Nokia as long as it has no connection to 3G to get them sign 3G for other to argue.
