First off do not count on the swiss thing because everything from that source is usually very misleading but I do not understand why people here would wait for news to get in. If you are playing in pennys you are already risking a lot but to wait for news is crazy because usually when big news hits like the FDA news it will happen before opening bell and they will already and the open price will be a crazy change meaning you will have to pay a lot more just because you want to play it "safe". If anyone here does not understand the risk factor in pennies should never do penny stocks.
