Just a FYI, I was going through the company's filings, in regards to another matter, but they have been saying that the Articles of Incorp. needs to be cleaned up.

That fact combined with the cost of actually having a shareholder vote, makes me think they can't just clean this up with "a meeting in lieu" and they actually need commoner support.

Could be wrong as well.
