The Jury math f-up is out of the question and over. Their is no way that is going to get revisited and fixed. I honestly do not feel Google will ever settle this case. They have no desire to. It is most certain that based on recent events by the USTPO that the judge, when he finally rules on the RR issue, will award a higher than proposed rate by jury at trial. I believe that will be somewhere between 5-7%. When that does happen, I think people will be surprised at what the PPS does. I think It will will be well above the $6 a share mark especially if we get an epic short squeeze. We could be talking $9-10 easily IMO.
