My point is (as yes they do have a smart legal counsel but so does VRNG ) Google suffered a verdict by the jury against them, then they tried the re exam lost again and lost a finger for the appeal, now if JJ OFFICIALLY gives a 3.5% RR or more that is another loss for them, now they can appeal but not to their best intrest to face a loss again(and willfully infringing) and with VRNG appealing past damages and possibily jury error in damages (with not much to lose) they will be in much worst shape on $$$$$$ it's a small bite for Google bottom line but for VRNG it could be huge if /when the scenarios play out!
