They have been facing Judge J RR verdict since the jury portion of the trial commenced. Clearly if they were concerned about it, they would have offered a settlement long ago. However, what they offered instead was some Supposed work around to stall and delay even further. Google's lawyers are not as stupid as everyone assumes. This case is far beyond overdue because they know how to work the system and delay. I can assure you that Google has some other avenue that they will explore to delay any payment to Vringo due to the recent USPTO validation of the Lang 420 patent. Google will not give up! I am very long VRNG by the way, and want a big payout just like the rest of you. Just trying to be realistic.
