I believe if you reduce money already award to IDCC by ICC in order to get Nokia sign 3G. That would be used to against us when we try to sign other company for 3G. That is double sword. Even I want rate going forward for 3G. I don't want it to tight to 2G money already awarded. We could give up other stuff that have nothing to do with 2G award to get Nokia sign 3G.
