Very weak is what i think, also i skimmed it quickly and will read more in depth tomorrow but i don't remember seeing them mention a workaround. I could be wrong but this does smell of a settlement now more then ever because of uspto decision. Hopefully we see judgement soon this week i hope. Vrng response will tear them apart for sure and the team has an ace in the hole on the workaround issue. So we have nothing to worry about. I think this all ends real soon and appeal will be dropped just guessing.
