JJ / POSTYLE / Ive Been Had ...what are your thought on the GOOG Appeal Arguments

they seem pretty weak overall

rehashing arguments the jury already rejected, slamming HJJ
and indicating the PTO rejected the claims which we learned this week the USPTO now HAS validated they want the Judgement as a Matter of Law JMOL to be reversed ... and claim the Jury gave an award with no evidence ... BUT GOOGLE NEVER OFFERED any EVIDENCE of Revenues for the Jury to consider either ---- they are trying to SUCK and BLOW at the same time ,,,,

again appears at first glance to be weak,,, arguments HJJ has REJECTED Over and Over ..

I'm not sure where GOOG can go from here
the VRNG response should be much stronger with the Markham. Jury Verdict and now USPTO Confirmation of Validity
