Finnish mobile phone giant Nokia intends to negotiate with InterDigital, a US wireless digital radio-telephone systems firm, after a New York district court confirmed that Nokia would have to pay up to 252 million dollars (213 million euros) in compensation for its use of InterDigital's 2G and 2.5G mobile technology.

and this is what was posted in Forbes (from sjratty's earlier post)
Nokia said that InterDigital Communications Corp is willing to negotiate over a royalties payout after a New York judge confirmed that Nokia owes InterDigital 232252 mln usd.
