Yes obviously the company was handing them free share conversions in lieu of taking larger shares for funding at overwhelming dilution and expense. Fortunately they were not being given huge shares monthly or upon their asking for conversion against the .075 floor. Yet even without shares the manipulation was extensive and ongoing? Hmmm seems like shorting and cohorts participating to me. Seems inevitable that this would result in suit. Thankfully!
