je2374 the situation is that when you have investors who have 10's of million of hares they could have a devastating effect on any rise in the PPS if they put all their shares up for grabs. Many in that category would be happy to have .01 buying in at .0013 or less. So unless BMSN entices the big boys it will not be as good as hoped.
