Actually, it's a load of crap. They're increasing the size of shares from 2billion to 5 billion...and you're saying it's nothing to concerned about?
He's maxed out the shares now, do you really believe he won't max it out again? As far as compensating based on shares, shouldn't he start planning to compensate from company coffers? Maybe get some income in before he takes more of my money to spend? He's using our money to compensate not his. Which is fine if he's starting to return something on our investment.
Everytime there is a milestone that might return some of the money we've invested, he offsets it.
Most CEOs have a relationship with the stockholders because that is where they get new capital, but it doesn't seem so in this case.
