I wouldn't expect to hear anything positive from MediaMax or BMG until after Jan. 1st. The stock is at all time lows. Hopefully all the worst is priced in and we see some recovery starting after all tax loss selling is complete.

We need some positive developments soon in order for things to get back on track...financing, merger, etc.

Yesterday was fairly high volume, but, relative to the total shares out, it was modest volume. Based on volume this year, it does look like most shareholders are gutting this out. These pinkies can fly back up fast. There's not much to do but hope now, or take a huge loss.
