Apparently my year wasn't as good as yours. My investment in this issue went down aproximately -80%.

I guess if those are number you enjoy, then so be it. I on the other hand cannot conceive of a time in which I willingly gave 80 cents of every dollar away to some one....until now!
Be rest assured I will not take the loss with a smile on my face. I also will make every effort that the same thing doesn't happen to the next unsuspecting investor that comes along.

The facts say that BMG has stopped production using MediaMax.
The DD indicates NO NEW releases since the problem....
The investment dollars that "dried up" indicate a problem somewhere...

The fluff is still indicating all things rosey and fine. Perhaps it's time for the HIGH PRICED CEO to make some announcements, if we are to believe anything other than that we see as FACT from the Illinois AG?

When can we expect anything positive from this company?
