Q for the LONGS (if anyone is here) - Now after the 40:1 Reverse Split what is the AUTHORIZED SHARES on this stock? How did shareholders react to the RS? Also, if people didnt like it, why did they not vote "NO". TIA, hope I hear a response or if someone could direct me to a link that has some info.
