No, what was stated was in fact supported, the specifc trade yesterday was in fact a Weighted Average transaction as per FINRA. The current trading in which VNDM is being used is called a "Block Position" trade, in which the MM is only disclosing a minimum size or a size that is general and not specific as per FINRA once again. We are not discussing Bids or other transactions but specifcally the transaction that occured yesterday which resulted in a large Form T for all the transactions at market averaged value minus trade commission.

It is not an "opinion" but a "FACT".
