You seem to be claiming that whenever it's VNDM on the ask, it's automatically dilution, 100% of the time. I think it's clear that that's not true. Perhaps with VNDM, it's more likely to be dilution than it is through other MM, but you can't say it's a 100% sure thing it's dilution.

For example, VNDM has also been on the bid and bought. Eventually those market-bought shares must be sold. It's likely that most of those would be sold through VNDM as well. To put it another way, it's highly unlikely that EVERY share bought through VNDM is then transferred elsewhere and sold through a different market maker.

So there are shares, probably a significant percentage, sold through VNDM which are not dilution.

Your interpretation of yesterday's action is also an opinion. Maybe a well-informed one, but you still cannot be 100% sure your interpretation is correct, so you cannot call it a fact.
