Good GRIEF....they are all but saying a CONTRACT IS NEAR....and from all the data they have obtained from the testing for that contractor....it all will be used as an example to other contractors for its performance capabilities. For those "day trading" this stock...if you don't have a base amount to hold...I think you're making a BIG mistake...
