I maybe new to investing, but after reading the 10-Q, I didn't see any major dilution or reason to do so. They reported only net losses of just under 675 thousand which for a otc stock is pretty damn good.

On that they are making more this qtr than they had on previous qtrs. 365,000 - 416,000 a week is going to put this company at new levels.

Dilution is when they need to raise the A/S because its friggen maxxxed out.
