EXACTLY THE SAME.

he inserted the same signature pages into two separate documents, changed the dates and moved the 'seals' around. And he was so lazy he didn't even bother to make two separate signatures for himself.

It's almost comical how bad it looks.

You put that with the fact that all the signature pages look like the come from very different documents ...And presto....you have VERY suspect agreements. They look manufactured. Almost painfully so.
