Insiders are NOT going to be selling. Nobody got into this to sell under $1. Try more like under $5 a share. Go check the volume history.

You will see. There is a grand total of a few % of this company in the float. The majority is held tightly.

You can try to shake some shares but i doubt you will get many. RVPL has always delivered their filings and today's PR states it is coming. Also states they spoke with the SEC.

Pretty transparent to me... a few weeks and the proof will be filed
