If DMBAO shares similar view that this issue should be cleared 100%, he as the large investor could ask Scott or Supervisory Board officially. Not sure whether they are obliged to provide us with clear explanation supported by detailed numbers. If there is some list of shareholders names necessary for the submission, I am ready to put my name there. I am not that much anxious, but IMO clearance could be very beneficial for all investors, even if it hurts.
