Yes they are in exploration stage and dont have reserves- issue is without reserves and feasibility study hard to see how they portray themselves as short term production play- this is what is misleading about the brochure they have had posted on their website, and second without reserves even worse their assigning a value to metal in the ground.

NPDES permit in any EPA region takes a few years though each region can have different timeframe to handle.There are NPDES perimit extensions or amendments from the early 1990's that were not approved ( or denied) until a few years into the new century. (I assume you are not saying this property within Superfund area).The EPA is not pro mining and will often go out of their way to delay permits. This is not a matter of personal opinion, ask anyone with any experience dealing with the EPA whether a NPDES permit will be granted within 2 years of application as far as teh dry stack tailings method unless I misunderstand the report that is seperate discharge than the discharge they specifically mention possibly needing a NPDES permit.

No I am not looking for negatives just what the situation is.It is the company that has pushed itself as a short term production play. Just look at all the posts people discussing conventional financing possibilities or ore to be produced in 2013, or "manageable dilution" and little cash needed. All the se impressions must have come from somehwere.

I havent looked at BLM issues regarding these prospects.

The company can easily address many of these questions by (a) filing on their 8k and 10q'saccording to SEC Guide 7 requirement (b) stop unrealistic projections which even now their own reports clearly indicate cant be met.
