Just a couple things to clear up about this post before getting on with the day.
A company in the exploration stage can't list reserves in the Guide 7, which is probably why they aren't listed.
I don't see any inferred data in the guide 7, just historic, and is defined in Part 12.
As far as the EPA goes. I was pretty impressed listening to their testimony during the 2010 hearing. EPA Region 8 must have the cream of the crop with all the superfund activity going on in the area. They didn't have much of a problem with the company's solutions for the old tailing ponds located right next to the stream. I can't speak for all of the EPA, but I'm very impressed with the Region 8 guys. Personally, I don't see a years long battle happening.
If you're looking for negatives, you should look to the BLM. Just a hint. (Who says I'm not helpful to you guys sometimes?)
