that .33 52 week high was made when there was only 100 million shares in the O/S, now there are 500 million in the O/S... do the math and were above the adjusted 52 week high by a mile...
They need to raise it again to continue to pay the bills, watch for A/S to be raised to 1.5 billion in the next few months..
